A I.General Provisions
1. To standardize the warranty, return, and exchange procedures for all-terrain vehicles, engines, and parts, protect the legitimate rights and interests of consumers, and ensure the proper execution of after-sales service for Dile Jinchi products, these detailed rules are hereby formulated.
2. Warranty Objective: Adhering to the principle of "quality first, customer foremost, and responsibility," we analyze and correctly diagnose quality issues with a factual and realistic attitude. The warranty policy is strictly implemented to ensure the proper handling of vehicle warranties.
3. Warranty Principles: If a quality issue arises during the warranty period due to reasons attributable to our company and the vehicle is used correctly in accordance with the requirements of the "User Manual," our company will be responsible for the warranty. Our company will provide free replacement parts for quality issues during the warranty period, while the repair costs will be borne by the dealer.
II. Warranty Period
The warranty period for the entire vehicle and engine is six months from the date of purchase.
III. Exclusions from Warranty
1. Vehicles used for competition are not covered by the warranty.
2. Vehicles that are beyond the warranty period.
3. Damage resulting from the user’s failure to follow the usage, maintenance, and care instructions in the "User Manual," such as abnormal wear or damage caused by the use of inferior engine oil or gasoline.
4. Damage caused by unauthorized disassembly or repairs by personnel not recognized by the company.
5. Defects and damage caused by force majeure or chemical corrosion.
6. Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or the addition/removal of accessories.
7. Exterior vehicle parts are not covered by the warranty.
8. Sensory issues that do not affect mechanical performance, such as noise, vibration, or heat.
9. Normal wear and tear of parts, including but not limited to: filament, fuses, air filter elements, fuel filters, brake pads, friction plates, fuel lines, spokes, standard parts, mirrors, seals, rubber parts, spark plugs, clutch belts, etc.
10. Other conditions:
10.1 Warranty claims will not be accepted for repairs involving parts of unknown origin.
10.2 Lighting signal bulbs on the vehicle can be replaced if found faulty at the time of purchase, but bulbs are not covered by the warranty after delivery.
10.3 Normal wear and tear of drive chains and sprockets are not covered by the warranty.
10.4 Normal wear and tear of disc brake calipers and friction plates are not covered; however, quality issues affecting the brake surfaces are covered by the warranty.
IV. Warranty Details
1. Replacement Standards for Vehicle Parts ( Refer to Attachment 1: Replacement Standards for Vehicle Parts. )
2. Engine Replacement Standards
2.1 Within six months of the purchase date, if engine manufacturing defects result in the following issues, the entire engine can be replaced (for other performance issues caused by engine manufacturing defects, only warranty repair is available):
2.2 Engines with severe wear and tear caused by oil pump failure, rendering them unusable.
2.3 Engines with a broken casing or oil leaks from pores that cannot be repaired.
2.4 Engines requiring internal repairs due to damage to the main or secondary shafts (including gears).
2.5 Engines with severe oil leaks from the middle casing.
2.6 Engines with severe abnormal noise caused by significant wear on the crankshaft or main/secondary shaft bearings (including needle bearings), affecting normal vehicle operation.
2.7 Engines with bent or deformed valves, deformed or broken valve springs, preventing normal vehicle operation.
2.8 Engines with severe abnormal noise caused by significant wear, burning, or cracking of the crankshaft connecting rod needle bearings or bearing cages, affecting normal vehicle operation.
2.9 Engines with damaged shift drums that prevent normal vehicle operation.
V. Warranty Parts Replacement Procedure
When providing warranty services, dealers must photograph the replaced parts, detail the cause of the defect, and send the information via email to the factory's after-sales service department for confirmation, after which the factory will handle the claim.
Dealers will perform warranty services within the scope of the warranty, ensuring that the vehicle meets the technical specifications required by the vehicle manual before handing it over to the customer.
The shipping costs for claimed parts are to be borne by the customer.
